The Carol Stream Village Board approved a change in the Village’s vehicle registration process.  Beginning May 1, 2017, all newly purchased vehicle stickers will be valid for a period of two (2) years. Due to this change, the fee schedule for most vehicle types will double from current rates; however, with the extension of the sticker term to two years, the cost per year will remain the same.  For more information click this link.
