New Resident Packet

Welcome to the Village of Carol Stream!  You will find the Village a very enjoyable community in which to live.  We are extremely proud of the community and of the services its residents and customers receive.

We encourage you to take a moment to browse the links below.  Along with an abundance of useful information, this page also includes helpful information which should help you get acclimated with the Village and what it has to offer.  If you wish to have this information in hard copy, please contact our receptionist at 665-7050 and we will mail you a new resident packet.  Likewise if at any time you have questions and/or problems or there is something you need from the Village, stop by the Village Hall or phone. We are here to assist you.

Again, welcome to Carol Stream.  We are sure that over time, you will develop the same “pride” in the community that your neighbors and we share.

 Sincerely,

Frank Saverino

Mayor
