Fences

Fences must be installed in such a way that they would not be interfering with the normal flow of surface waters. The bottom of the fence should not be placed so tightly against the ground that it blocks the drainage on the surface and possibly cause moisture damage to the wood, this is especially important if the fence is constructed of wood boards and the boards are placed tightly against each other.
