Room Additions

One of the major factors in approval of these additions is their location with respect to the flood plain. Please refer to the segment titled Flood Plain for more information on this issue. Furthermore, these additions shall not block the free flow of surface storm waters where they are placed. They also cannot be located within any easements. The ground around these new additions must be properly graded to divert the water away from the new building.
