The Financial Management Department is responsible for the custody of
all Village funds and assets, as well as the recording and processing of
the Village’s payroll and employee benefit programs. The Department’s
programs include: administration/customer service, cash management,
accounting, reception/information and utility billing. In addition to the utility billing services, the
Financial Management Department is responsible for vehicle registration,
real estate transfers, business licenses, and dog licenses
