Each May, the Mayor, Village Board and Executive Team attend the monthly Chamber luncheon to report to the local Chamber membership details on the recently adopted fiscal budget and 3-Year Financial Plan. The State of the Village address also includes highlights of program goals and objectives as well as capital improvement projects for the current operational year.

In addition, the address also includes a preview of the upcoming summer event season at the Village's Town Center .
