Earth Movement Permit, Irrevocable Stand-by Letter of Credit, On- Site Utility Maintenance Agreement, Storm Water Facility Irrevocable Stand-by Letter of Credit and Undertaking in Lieu of Completion Bond are all required documents for private development.  Private Development, i.e. residential subdivisions, industrial, commercial, institutional – parks, churches, schools, etc. are required to submit these documents prior to the actual development of the site.
