The official Village Board of Trustees and Plan Commission/Zoning Board of Appeals Agendas, including any reports, plans, minutes, attachments, etc., are located  at the Carol Stream Village Hall.

The Village Plan Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals meets every second and fourth Monday of the month at 7:30 pm, or the Tuesday following a holiday, where applicable.
