ADMINISTRATION & CUSTOMER SERVICE
PROGRAM
The Administration and Customer Service Program is comprised
of the Chief of Police, Deputy Chief of Police, Support Services
Lieutenant, Patrol Lieutenant, Administrative Sergeant,
Administrative Secretary, Crime Analyst, Court Liaison, a
Training/Budget Coordinator and an Administrative
Community Service Technician (CST). Administration strives to
set and maintain the goals of the department, ensure customer
satisfaction whenever possible, do statistical analysis and deal
with personnel issues on a daily basis.

file a complaint against a police officer or about the department,
please call 630-668-2167 and
ask for a Supervisor.

will be investigated.
