Gary Avenue on Friday, October 31, from 3:00 to 4:30 p.m. Visit each department to collect free candy, enjoy festive music, snap a picture at the photo booth, and meet the people who serve your community. Then visit the Police Department, where Trick-or-Treating continues from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m.
