The Village of Carol Stream offices, including Village Hall and Public Works, will be closed on Monday, May 25, in observance of Memorial Day. The Plan Commission/Zoning Board meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, May 26.  Emergency services remain active 24/7. Refuse service that falls on or after the holiday will be delayed by one day.
