At our December 16 Village Board Meeting, Mayor Frank Saverino Sr. had the honor of appointing James Guthrie as the newest Carol Stream Village Trustee. Having called Carol Stream home for 24 years, Trustee Guthrie brings a wealth of knowledge, deep dedication, and a strong desire to contribute to our community.

Trustee Guthrie is ready to bring new perspectives and ideas to benefit the residents and businesses, and to give back to his hometown of Carol Stream. We are confident that his enthusiasm and commitment to public service will make him a welcomed addition to the Board and to the community.
