The Village of Carol Stream is proud to recognize Police Chief Don Cummings for completing and graduating from the prestigious FBI National Academy. This rigorous 10-week leadership program, held at the FBI training facility in Quantico, Virginia, brings together top law enforcement leaders from across the U.S. and the world. Fewer than one percent of the nation’s officers are selected to attend.

Chief Cummings’ participation in the 293rd session—alongside leaders from 48 states, 24 countries, and multiple federal and military agencies—reflects the high caliber of leadership within our Police Department. His advanced training in communication, leadership, and fitness further strengthens his ability to serve both the members of the Carol Stream Police Department and the residents of our community.
