Post Date:07/18/2025 7:10 PM
Clarke Mosquito Control has confirmed the presence of West Nile Virus (WNV) in a mosquito sample collected in the vicinity of St. Charles Road and Westgate Drive in Carol Stream.

This detection indicates that WNV is actively circulating in the mosquito population in this area. While no human cases have been reported at this time, we are taking proactive measures to reduce the risk of transmission.
