In anticipation of the high heat index on Wednesday July 23 and Thursday July 24, the Village of Carol Stream has approved an early start for Flood Brothers Disposal
and Recycling collections.
Collections will begin one hour earlier than usual — please place bins out the night before or by 5:00 a.m.
Flood Brothers suggests residents place their bins at the curb the night before their scheduled pickup day.
