The Village was recently made aware that a private company, Quality Water Testing USA, Inc., has been contacting residents with a postcard reading, “WATER UPDATE / SORRY WE MISSED YOU” (see below for an example). 

This company is NOT affiliated with the Village of Carol Stream. 

The Carol Stream Public Works Department conducts routine, rigorous monthly water testing, and the Village’s water meets or exceeds all Illinois EPA water quality regulations. Visit our website to view the 2025 Water Quality Report or call Public Works at 630-871-6260.
