Carol Stream Police Department Invites Community Feedback as Part of Accreditation Review
The Carol Stream Police Department will undergo an on-site assessment by the Illinois Association of Chiefs of Police (ILACP) on November 16–17, 2025, as part of the Illinois Law Enforcement Accreditation Program (ILEAP). The assessment is designed to review the department’s operations and policies against recognized professional law enforcement standards.
As part of this process, Police Chief Donald Cummings and the ILACP assessor invite and encourage community members to participate by sharing their feedback with the accreditation team.
