Holiday Tree Lighting Extravaganza – December 5

Join us on Friday, December 5, from 6:00–8:00 p.m. at Ross Ferraro Town Center for Carol Stream’s annual Holiday Tree Lighting Extravaganza.

This free community event features student performances, holiday crafts, snacks, a petting zoo and pony rides, photos with Santa, and the official lighting of the Village tree.

New this year, an LED screen truck will display the Tree Lighting countdown, Santa’s arrival, and live performances to enhance visibility throughout the event. Please note the screen includes bright lights and sound, which may affect individuals with sensory sensitivities.

Arrive at 6:00 p.m. for a West Chicago High School choir performance and Santa’s entrance, followed by the Carol Stream Park District dance and poms performances. And around 7:00 p.m., keep an eye out—rumor has it a familiar green troublemaker may make an appearance.
