DU-COMM, one of Illinois’ largest emergency communications centers, plays a critical role in supporting the Carol Stream Police and Fire Departments. Every day, their 9-1-1 dispatchers answer calls, coordinate responses, and help first responders arrive quickly and safely—making it possible for our police and fire teams to serve the community effectively.
