Mental Health Awareness Month

Post Date:04/30/2026 11:30 AM

This May, the Village of Carol Stream joins communities nationwide in recognizing Mental Health Awareness Month—a time to raise awareness and share information, reduce stigma, and emphasize the importance of mental well-being. Mental health is an important part of overall well-being, and recognizing the signs of mental health challenges in ourselves and others is an important step in seeking support.
