𝐌𝐨𝐬𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐨 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥 – 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐓𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟏𝟓

As part of the Village's ongoing mosquito management program, Clarke Environmental Mosquito Management, Inc. will conduct the first of eight scheduled community-wide adult mosquito control applications this evening, weather permitting. Applications will occur between dusk and dawn.

 

𝑾𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒄𝒂𝒏 𝒆𝒙𝒑𝒆𝒄𝒕:

• EPA-registered larvicides and adulticides are used and are approved for use in residential areas.

• Residents may remain outdoors during the application; no special precautions are necessary.

• Larvicide pellets are periodically applied to storm sewer catch basins throughout the community to help prevent mosquito breeding.
