The Carol Stream Police Department's Neighborhood Roll Call program is back for Summer 2026, providing residents with an opportunity to meet the officers who serve their neighborhoods, discuss community concerns, and learn about local public safety efforts.

Each Wednesday through August 26, police officers will gather in neighborhoods throughout Carol Stream for brief outdoor roll calls and informal conversations with residents. These gatherings are designed to strengthen communication between the Police Department and the community while providing residents with information about crime prevention and neighborhood safety.

Neighborhood Roll Call is based on the daily roll calls officers attend at the beginning of each shift, where they receive updates on recent incidents, emerging crime trends, and patrol assignments. By bringing these conversations into the community, the Police Department offers residents a chance to learn more about local public safety issues and connect directly with the officers who patrol their streets.

Residents are encouraged to stop by, ask questions, share concerns, and learn about crime prevention programs and public safety initiatives.
