A raffle license is required to hold a raffle in the Village of Carol Stream.  Please submit a completed application, along with the required documentation, to the Administration Department, 500 N. Gary Avenue.  Raffle applications must be approved by the Board of Trustees at a village board meeting which are held on the first and third Mondays of each month.
