The Carol Stream Records Division is open 24/7 and consists of a supervisor, six full-time clerks and one part-time clerk. The Records Division is an integral part of the Police Department and the Village. The Records Division is responsible for maintaining, processing and storing police records. The Records Division processes subpoena, expungement and Freedom of Information (FOIA) requests.
