Zoning Verification Letter Request
A Zoning Verification Letter is a signed document which verifies the current zoning of a property. The letter acknowledges that a use, structure, building or lot either complies with or is legally nonconforming to the provisions of the Zoning Code, and can also provide zoning history on the property. Please note the zoning verification letter request is not intended to provide any outstanding building code violations or copies of certificates of occupancy. Such requests should be made separately via the Village’s Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request online or in person at the Carol Stream Municipal Center.
