Information on how to participate in our Public Meetings and Public Hearings is provided below.

We use a hybrid of virtual and in-person meetings. 

The Meeting Agenda is available online the Friday beforehand. 

We accept public comments online that must be submitted at least 30 minutes before the start of the meeting. Public comments can also be shared in person during the Listening Post segment of the meeting.

The Zoom meeting registration link will be posted 48 hours before the eligible meeting.
