2026 Summer Concert Series

Bring Music to Carol Stream – Become a Sponsor!

The Village of Carol Stream’s Summer Concert Series is back for 2026! Our popular outdoor concerts provide free, fun entertainment for the whole family, held primarily on Thursday evenings at the Ross Ferraro Town Center (960 N. Gary Ave.) from 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Food concessions will be available from 6:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.

We aim to offer these concerts without taxpayer funding, thanks to the generosity of our sponsors. Sponsorships offer local businesses, organizations, and individuals a unique opportunity to connect with the community, gain brand visibility, and support a Carol Stream tradition.

We’re now accepting sponsors for the 2026 Summer Concert Series! We offer a variety of sponsorship levels to suit your preferences, with benefits ranging from logo placement on marketing materials to on-site recognition at each concert.

Concert Series Sponsorship
- Sponsorship Levels (Overview)
  Community Supporter – $500
  - Name on event website, group social media thank-you, and shared event signage
  - Shared table at one event (2–3 businesses per table; limited materials; pending availability). July 4 and Concert for the Troops excluded.
  Silver Sponsor – $1,000
  - Logo on event website, group social media thank-you, and shared event signage
  - Table at one event (pending availability; July 4 and Concert for the Troops excluded)
  - USA 250 recognition: Name on July 4 concert website and group social media post
  Gold Sponsor – $2,000
  
  All Silver benefits, plus:
  - Individual social media thank-you and Village e-newsletter exposure
  - Personalized verbal recognition during events (1x)
  - Table at two events (Concert for the Troops excluded)

  **Promotional space at the July 4th concert is reserved for Gold level sponsors and above. Promotional space at the Concert for the Troops is reserved for Platinum and USA 250 Presenting Sponsors, as well as military-support nonprofit organizations.
  
  NOTE: Mission-based nonprofits may be eligible for a 50% discount with full benefits or may request a free Community Partner table at the June 18 & July 9 concerts.

Apply to be a Food Vendor

Food vendors are invited to participate in the concert series, with each concert featuring 3-4 vendors. Vendors must be able to serve a high volume of guests efficiently (roughly 500 - 2,000 attendees per concert) and offer menu items suitable for a family-friendly outdoor event. This opportunity is for prepared food vendors only. Space is limited, and selections will be made to ensure variety. Please complete the food vendor application form to be considered.
