Are you ready for an emergency? Help 9-1-1 protect you and your family by providing life saving location and medical information to emergency services before a qualifying event by registering with Smart 911

You can also stay ahead of emergency situations by signing up with CodeRed and receiving updates from the Village of Carol Stream. Residents can also text to enroll by sending "CSalerts" to 99411 and following the link to signup. The Village will be able to share real time emergency alerts and updates on events such as severe weather or disaster response. 


E-Newsletter articles focus on many topics including green initiatives, community events, public health, public safety, employment and job training, new state laws, public transportation, voter information, social service programs, disaster preparedness and much more.  You may sign up to receive our E-Newsletters online. The Village also archives older E-Newsletters for your convenience.

Village Board Meetings 

Village Board Meetings can be viewed on our Public Access Channel or YouTube. A rebroadcast of the board meetings can be viewed on Comcast’s channel 6 and on AT&T channel 99 every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 12:00 PM, 4:00 PM, 6:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
