Residents seeking assistance, wishing to report a concern, or requesting information may contact the appropriate Village department directly:

Village offices are open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The Police Department is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

In an emergency, call 911 to access immediate police, fire, or medical assistance.

Village policy questions and information, Village Board matters, public records requests, communications, special events, and questions that are not department-specific.

Community Development: 630-871-6230

Building permits, inspections, code enforcement, property maintenance concerns, lawn maintenance concerns, zoning questions, and development projects.

Engineering: 630-871-6220

Roadway construction projects, traffic studies, stormwater management, drainage concerns, sidewalk issues, and capital improvement projects.

Finance Department - Customer Service: 630-665-7050

Finance Department - Water Billing: 630-871-6222
Utility billing, payment and billing inquiries, and other financial transactions with the Village.

Employment opportunities, job applications, and questions regarding Village employment.

Police Department (Non-Emergency): 630-668-2167

Parking concerns, temporary overnight street parking, traffic complaints, crime reporting (non-emergency), police records requests, vacation house checks, and general public safety concerns.

Police Department Social Services Unit: 630-871-6280

Crisis intervention, individual, family, or group counseling, diagnostic consultation, senior services, youth and family support, mental health resources, referrals and connections to community assistance programs. Residents may meet with a social worker and access Social Services Unit resources at no cost.

Public Works: 630-871-6260

Water and sewer service, hydrant flushing, street and sidewalk maintenance, snow and ice removal, parkway trees, flooding concerns, mosquito abatement, and other public infrastructure issues.

Refuse, Recycling & Yard Waste Service (Flood Brothers): (630) 261-0578

The Village contracts with Flood Brothers Disposal & Recycling Co. for refuse, recycling, and yard waste collection services. Residents should contact Flood Brothers to establish service, report missed collections, request service changes, or receive assistance with collection-related questions.
